Eat what you enjoy! Make sure you hit your protein and fat targets to fuel your next workout and to protect your LBM. Buy a food scale, weigh and measure everything, drink water, exercise regularly, eat back a percentage of your exercise calories and get adequate sleep. MFP is a wonderful tool! Best of luck!
