I agree. I don't like the reports at all. I wanted to know on average, what percent my carbs/fat/protein are. So, I ended up just inputting a week's worth of those numbers into Excel to calculate. Was kind of a pain, so I haven't done it since then.

I'm kind of new too, but it looks like you only had 500 calories yesterday. One sandwich and a couple of snacks, is that all you had to eat? That's all that is showing up. So, yeah, at that pace you would lose a lot of weight, and it would not be healthy to do it like that. Hopefully, you ate more than that and it's just…
