I eat a lot of apples during the day ( about 3-5) and they have sooo much sugar but I don't think you can get fat from it!!

I think you would be able to lose 20kg in 2 months but you would have to eat max 800 kcal and exercise for 60 mins and then you would gain all the weight back!! I would say 6 kg a month is good
