  • I will be 54 in two weeks, i have been working out and changing my food choice for five weeks, started at 212, currently 206, weight in on Friday. I will let you know how it goes. My tip is lots of water it worked last week. I drank at least 6 (8oz glasses) last week. Try it will lemons or cucumbers.
