  • ^utilize your insurance for rehabilitation. It sounds like it is needed and no one on the internet is going to provide a safe program when they do not know how bad the issue really is with your rotator cuff. Also, how many tendons of the rotator cuff are hurt (this makes a difference) since different tendons stabilize…
  • what everyone says is true. Starting out smaller is going to set you higher for success. Also, it's just one of those things that once you get out there and start- you're on it. - So no matter how small, if you initially start you are doing more and better than expected. I was always like this when I was out running. I…
  • just pack more muscles on the glutes. Soon, you are a hard *** and the dents do not matter (or not soon, depending on fitness regimen and your willpower).
  • Anxiety is normal. It'll take a lot to get out of the feeling. Take it from me, I wanted to get stronger and it took me over four tries to just enter the weight training part of the gym; just to walk out because of anxiety. To be honest, no one really cares about you at the gym (the lifters at least. Some PT's will care…
  • just to add on with everyone else: you're never too slow, you're never too fast, a good workout will kick your ***. For real though, do not set your goals way too high if it is your first time. -following apps/programs is extremely helpful (helps with knowing what you are doing) -having a team or a partner is even more…

  • Peanut Butter can up your fat quantity by a lot. Buy in Bulk Protein powder may seem expensive, however, if it is just you; it lasts. Cook your meat with oil for fat (that tends to help).
  • upper right corner, above the blue headline in the forums you want to post. It's a green button that says "new topic."
  • we all like to give ourselves excuses for weight gain.
  • ^of course. Exercise is all about what you have more success with and enjoy more. As much as I appreciate Cassey... after a while I get annoyed with her. I seriously have memorized most of her typical sayings. Day 22. Hard Core Only did 3 videos because I had cross training today, did some cardio myself, and have a…

  • Private Gym. Experience with 2 personal trainers at the gym. I. Explained that I wanted to do barbell program and that I use mfp. She was a past bikini competitor (I think) and she explained that after reviewing my stats that she had a planned program. We did a bunch of HIIT and machine work with a 15-12-8 reps. After the…
  • 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, marathons. The common thing is that there are different inclinations, elevations, just different elements to work with besides in the same gym and same treadmill routine. However, if training is going to work for you better on a treadmill than compared to running on the trail- train there. Try…
  • I'm unsure about the Air Force Basic Training Map (and lazy so I did not look it up). However, you can make medicine balls, sand bags (for weighted carry), make your own gymnastics rings, etcetera... all by simply going on youtube.com and looking up Do It Yourself "equipment" on youtube. Then go to town on circuit training…

  • Day 18. Bendable Body. Of course I did this one. Flexibility doesn't really seem to be getting better. I'm not doing these videos every day. • you might be overestimating calories burned and ate back too much. you might have ate more due to lack of energy and it might have been a caloric surplus you might have retained more water. watching what you are eating might not be the same as knowing what you are eating (overestimating, not measuring, mfp calculates…
  • If you can stick with it then it is a good program.
  • you could always opt out if you feel the personal trainer is not listening to you. Be sure to let the PT know what YOU want. Communication is huge because it is your money. I think 45 is a deal. I payed 60 for each session.
  • water loss for weigh in the next day. ^take that back. Never been in a steam room. I meant that for sauna. However, probably the same thing.
