are you eating 5-6 small meals per day? protein the size and thickness of your palm and carb the size of your fist? Drinking water with every meal? These changes have helped me drop some lbs. Hope this is helpful?

Hi! I am 35 from Iowa! whoop whoop! :happy: SW/178 CW/??? (I can't or am not supposed to weigh in until 5 weeks...2 weeks almost down 3 to go!) and my goal weight is to just fit into my jeans but I could handle 150 if I had to pick a number :)

Just began my journey (again) on 6/28/14. Doing FXB 10 week challenge and logging my food on here. Liking my results so far at least I am seeing improvement!! I am in the great state of Iowa!!! :happy:
