I enter every ingredient separately. It's time consuming at times but I feel better knowing exactly how many calories I'm eating rather than an estimate that might be too low or high. I have to use the food scale and measuring cups/spoons constantly.

As long as you can notice the change don't worry too much about it. They probably can't really tell since it's a photo and not in person. I don't know why they even commented that in the first place. If it's something that might bring you down, why comment?

You're probably overeating and don't realize it. You have to track absolutely everything.. I used to overestimate burned cals. and then overeat because of it. Which is why I stopped losing weight for a little while.

5 ft here (: I'm set at 1320. I honestly can't do 1200 a day. So I upped my calories and I've been losing a lb every week to week and a half.

I like to snack too so I plan it out so that I can snack and not go over my cals. Also, try not to buy any bad snacks in the first place. If you don't bring em home and they aren't in your home.. you obviously won't eat them. (:

I'm thinking yes.. but usually junk food is really high in cals. so you can eat little amounts of bad food and hit your calorie goal for the day quickly and are left pretty hungry.

Yes. You're already at a deficit without the workouts you do so you need to eat most of them back. I always eat most, if not all back and have been losing the amount I want weekly. I love it because it gives you motivation to work out (; Also, I have a polar HRM so I'm not too scared to eat most back.
