I'm 5'2" 132lbs and i burned 212 the other day doing it. (I use a Polar HRM) Its been awhile since I've done it so i'm out of shape again. Usually i burn under 200. i usually add the elliptical to the days i do 30ds

I've had a Polar for 6 months. And i love wearing it during my workouts. I bought a fitbit to try to motivate me to walk more. but its definitely not for using for workouts. I tried both. I wanted the pedometer to help motivate me to walk more. but i hated that it counted how many calories burned. I only want to count what i burn working out, not when i'm just walking around. FT4 is definitely worth it. I've had it for 6 months and do not work out without it.

My play and one both went back. Neither are stable enough. My play finally started syncing with my phone but then the battery wouldn't charge more than half full. Not a fan of either. the update definitely helped with the syncing. However I haven't had a chance to test it out with the challeneges. Ill let you know. I forgot to charge it and its dead today :(

I'm not too impressed with the Play. I took my fitbit back because it wasn't syncing right. But I think I like it better than the play. the play doesn't sync well at all. Any updates on this? I purchased the fitbit one a few days ago and I'm less than pleased. Too many technical issues. I'm thinking of returning it for the play.

I'm interested in figuring this out too. I really want to track accurately how many calories i'm burning during my beachbody workouts. I like the the fitbit syncs with myfitnesspal but it doesn't seem to me that its actually a HRM, more a pedometer thoughts?

Just completed day 1. and SHEW. I really wanted to try turbo jam. But i started this instead. Anyone try turbo jam before? I am HURTING today. Dreading day 2 but have Vegas vacation in exactly 4 weeks! :)
