yes. I'll be on day 18 tomorrow. I drink protein shakes right after and i eat 1,200 calories a day :)

if you don't mind finishing your protein powder quickly, you can take 1-3 scoops (depending on how much protein you get from real food) right after your workout so your damaged/broken muscle fibers will be repaired by the protein from the shake. :) i recommend adding some fruits if you don't like the taste of the powder…

thanks guys! maybe I should start exercising more so it would fit my calorie limit or just tell my mom to hide them where i won't look for it. my daily limit is 1200 but i eat my workout cals back and my goal is to lose some of the fat on my tummy (why i do cardio) and tone my body through insanity

sweet food is the reason i'm always going over my daily limit. before I crave, i'm usually under my limit but then when i take a bite of a cookie or anything really sweet and delicious, i'd start eating more and more sweets that's in the house

yes! it is better than trying to lose weight by just dieting. I suggest you try doing HIIT workouts every other day. they're really short, kinda hard but really effective in burning fat. a lot of people suggest that you do not do HIIT everyday cause you're probably gonna lose some muscle. if you plan on doing it every day…

in one forum I read that you have to rinse your mouth with plain water right after drinking lemon water to get rid of the acid that's damaging your tooth enamel and you can't brush your teeth til 1 hour after you drink it :D

i know i'm underweight it's just that i want to get rid of my fat stomach and i found out that there is no such thing as spot reduction so i tried to lose weight :) worked the first time i got a flatter stomach (no abs tho) but i gained it back lol
