I can totally relate. I just posted a topic like this a few days ago. my sister brags a lot about unhealthy food specially mcdonald's and she sounds like she's taunting me or something. It's really really annoying and I try hard to contain myself and it works. I don't get why she does that. it's not like me trying to have…

80-100 ounces of water daily. I drink a lot to feel full even if it doesn't work sometimes lol. I usually drink 3-4 cups a meal + random water drinking between meals

you could drink some tea. I suggest green tea or chamomile tea. there are brands that sell flavored teas that are really tasty! I drink lemon water when I wake up as it is really hydrating and helped me clear my skin because of it's detoxifying properties. but as you mentioned, you can not drink much water in the morning…

oh and one quote that really motivates me is "success is the best revenge" lol. just imagining how people will react when I finally get to my goal encourages me to continue this lifestyle

Thanks everyone! I really hate it when people becomes a dbag just because you chose to be a better person and they know that you'll be better than them in the long run

I try not to react most of the time! I just smile and hide all the annoyance i feel but when she doesn't stop I just laugh and walk away from her. I don't need that negativity and her annoying presence around me lol. makes me wanna go to the gym more cause she's not there!
-
I know! lol I try not to let them affect my mood much cause working out also depends on my mood lol. oh, and good luck with meeting more family members!

weeeellll actually she's my older sister but our cousin is just 1 year younger than me
-
you're not a failure! the fact that you considered insanity as your daily workout is brave and amazing! and it's normal if you are not able to finish the whole video on your first few days or weeks. you just have to be consistent in working out and you'll get better! :)

it's okay not to follow the guide as long as you still eat healthy, not under eat and get enough protein to help your muscles recover

I try to get over it, move on and start over. but a day after that good day of starting over, I binge again. it's a horrible cycle! :( I also tried that 1 day trick. that's what I do on my cheat days, I eat whatever I want but that's when bingeing usually starts so it just makes things worse. but I noticed that just…

well since you are lactose intolerant, I suggest that you use a protein powder that is not whey based. there are a few from dymatize, the brand that I use. they have Dymatize ISO-100 which is lactose free. cookies and cream is a great flavor! Optimum Nutrition's platinum hydrowhey is also lactose and cholesterol free but…

I'll try this method to see if it works better for me. I've calculated my TDEE before and I got an estimated 1800 cals but I chose 6x a week for my activity level. should I use the 6x a week (intense) as I am planning to go to the gym on top of my insanity workouts cause I have been bingeing lately

hi! I'm on month 2 of insanity and I think that insanity should be enough for you to lose weight. it's a great and very effective workout as long as you are consistent and do not focus on the scale cause you will lose inches but gain some muscle weight on top of the total pounds you lost. and btw, sometimes i add in more…
-
1,800? isn't that too much? will it make you gain weight or is it just right to compensate for the energy you use when doing insanity? and thanks! yeahh and I'm proud to say I finish all the videos I do! :D with pause breaks lol
