Coffee is the socially acceptable way for me to drink creamer. I love sweet, milky coffee. I'm trying to get better, but I cannot drink it black.

I don't like my smile when my teeth show. I have huge top teeth, so I look like a bunny rabbit when i smile. Also my mouth is huge, so it takes up half my face and all you see are giant yellowing rabbit teeth.

Apples and/ or raw almonds are my go to snack. They help me make it to dinner without getting hungry immediately afterwards (like chips do). Other snacks that I love: pears, whole wheat toast (i usually put a little peanut butter on it), and carrots/celery (I almost always eat them with red pepper hummus - YUM).

I don't have much control over the food because we will be at my in-laws for turkey day. However, I do get to cook at least one dish so I will fix a healthy dish and then focus on my portions for the meal.

When I reach my UGW I've set aside some money to buy myself some new clothes. My wardrobe is sad and mostly consists of clothes that are meant to hide me. So, as soon as I hit that goal I will buy a new wardrobe.

I haven't heard that, but if I know if I drink water consistently throughout the day (including during meals) it helps em to not eat so much. We often mistake our body us that we're thirsty for hunger.

My calories are pretty low too, so I try to eat at least some of them back. I like exercising because then I can eat more of what I want.

I love eating sweet potatoes. They are very low in calories and keep my pretty full. I also love broccoli and apples.

It takes work but it's very doable to buy healthy on a budget. Soups are a great way to spend money. Wow, that is rough. I'm not sure I can provide too much motivation. However, if you go back to bed and pretend the world isn't there you will be sorely disappointed when you get back up. Those problems aren't going away. You will successfully overcome all these obstacles and be a stronger person for it.

It's nothing fancy but my family eats red beans and rice for Christmas. It's delicious and something you can put on and leave while enjoying the company of your family.
