Since this group started, I was exercising everyday. I ran 2 miles on the treadmill and old injuries started to flare up. Now I'm limping around not sure what to do. I'm afraid to go back to the Y because I have a feeling I'll push myself too hard or get on the wrong machine and get hurt even worse. Any suggestions?

This challenge has been great for me! I have done at least 300 cal a day for cardio and burned probably more than enough for strength. I have got injured in the past so it's been hard to get started up slowly because I have the tendency to throw myself into things headfirst. So the thing that was really important for me…

I like my boobs, my butt, my calves, and up from my ribcage (I guess like chest area) because I'm skinny there :)
