I started a year ago at 234.4. You're not alone! I got under 200 in Oct., then went back up a bit with the holidays and am working to get that back off.

I have a girl scout in my house, so of course, there are cookies here too! My favorite are the peanut butter sandwiches and the Thanks-a-lots. I eat them, but I only eat a serving (usually!) & I do log them.

I would count it. Maybe try wearing a pedometer or use a pedometer app if you have an ipod, and see how much you are actually burning doing it before deciding.

I never thought my month would get as crazy busy as it's been! Sorry I have not been on here much at all this month! I know how you feel! By the time my evenings with my kids are done, I'm too tired to exercise! I was doing really well with setting my alarm half an hour earlier and getting it in before my day really got started, but since the time change I have been having trouble with that! Love your "look on the sparkly side" comment!
