Hi! I have a Fitbit and usually have no trouble hitting 10,000 steps. I currently have my daily goal set at 12,000. I find it very motivating. It's great that your husband is doing it too!! Maybe next week I can do this! I have been having back problems since I woke up Tuesday. Saw the dr. today and got meds for pain and muscle relaxers. Ugh.

OK, last week I did not do well with this! This week so far, I was swimming today.

I just look for ways to move more in general. I walk around when I am talking on the phone, park farther away, things like that. A few work friends have fitbits also, and it's motivating to see where we are on the leaderboard!

I'm in! This will help me keep working out this week! I teach, and it is the first week back with students, so I tend to slack off with working out this particular week. It will either be Zumba or walking.

I know our weigh-in isn't til Sept. 5, but I weighed myself today and am pretty excited that I am down 2 lbs. from my initial weigh-in for this challenge!

I was just thinking about this same thing! With the school year starting back up, I have to be organized or it's all too easy to rely on takeout or fast food.
