If I am eating out somewhere that has a website, I look up the nutritional information and decide in advance what I want to order. Or, I look on the menu for items that are marked healthier choices.

1255 days! Now if I'd stayed consistent with diet and exercise, I would have lost a lot more weight in that time frame!

I use my Fitbit as a motivator, but I don't have it synced to MFP. It tracks every step throughout the day, but what I do is use MFP to log food, and only add steps as exercise to MFP as a walk if I actually took a walk. I also do Aqua Zumba which doesn't show up on my Fitbit. I have done this for 6 weeks and have lost…

I also use a certain pair of shorts - how they fit at the start of summer, and every few weeks after that. It's easy to see progress that way when the scale isn't moving as fast as I'd like!

Absolutely! I had started MFP in Jan. of 2011 & lost 38 lbs over a year, and now I have gained back 24 of it & am trying to move in the right direction again. It's frustrating. I have a yearly dr. visit coming up soon & dread weighing in!

Great challenge idea!! Very creative, although it would make me have to think more than usual when I watch the movie! Finally over the bronchitis for the most part and ready to get back in the groove!
