Weighed in this morning at 198.6. I got in 2 miles of walking (2.07 but I am putting it in as 2). We took the kids to the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia today - had an awesome time! I could not find my pedometer that I have been using, so I quick put a pedometer app on my ipod and used that - worked great!

With the bouncing - try not to get discouraged. I feel like I bounced around between 200 and 205 for most of July and August. Not sure why because I exercised more during that time period than ever before. You'll get there soon!! Challenge idea - post to the thread more often!! :smile:

I used to be the same -and sometimes still am. I would spend the week making up for the weekend - and I was getting nowhere. One thing I did that helped was I joined 2 challenges with weigh-ins on Fridays and Mondays, sort of bookended my weekends with weighins, and it helped alot. Good luck!
