  • You have to be strict with yourself, and not fall into the pattern of "just this once". At the same time, if you do slip up, don't let one bad day make you quit. Hop right back on the next day, and don't beat yourself up.
  • I could use some help too, especially comparing diets (am I too low/too high/etc). Anyone out there, feel free to add me, my diary is public.
  • I'll add my voice for the e-cigarette market. I get the nicotine I crave, the oral fixation satisfied, and get my desert flavors to replace the sugar cravings! Seriously in love with the double chocolate one I have right now, it has saved me from eating so much chocolate. If you can find a local vendor, you'll be able to…
  • Some great ideas here! I spend a large part of my day in and out of my car, and don't usually have time to eat a real meal, so any car-stable snacks are much appreciated. It becomes very difficult in Nebraska summers, we've been averaging around 105F outside, much hotter in the car!
  • I'm running the Colorado course next summer (July 23rd 2012) with my workout group, and we're all nervous! Our training, right now, includes an early morning run and early evening P90X workout. A year seems like a long time, but I'm worried that some of us (like myself) won't have enough time to get ready!
