EXACTLY!!!!!!!! I think some people just want to deny their BMI eventhough they know its true, because unfortunately the truth hurts... And my BMI is 26 (overweight) so im not just saying that because im thin either.

Truthful answer? I dont think anything wouldve. Its not truly your weight youre not happy with, its yourself. It just manifests itself through eating.

My grandad is diabetic but he eats rounded meals...he is also slim (never gained back the weight he lost from when he had oral cancer). If you love salad, that is saying somehting totally different. But whatever works for you, its not like i eat healthily so i cant judge, just repeating what i know.

Isnt a healthy diet a mixture of all foods, even carbs, sugars etc...not just salad and fish? What about potatoes, eggs, pasta....Thats what i was taught anyway-one of each food group on the plate

someone else has already said this, and i said i would still have the same issue just at a different time of the day... and like i also said i was looking for someone who felt the same obsession as me, just waiting for the day to end, whatever time that may be. No, youre going from 2am to midnight , Im going from midnight to 2am. I usually go to sleep about 7am get up after around 6 hours, unless i have college or an appointment and then i wont go to bed at all. Its 5am now ...

OK themilitary one you gave me the ,link to said 34.7% and the covert-bailey one said 24.1 % that is a HUGE difference.....what am i supposed to do now lol

REALLY REALLY wish i hadnt done that now...it is 36% which is classed as obese....my BMI is 26.1 which is slightly overweight. Now i feel like utter ****...But more to work towards i guess

Ive only read two pages of this thread but.... MFP told me to eat 1200 cals a day, so did web MD but when i mentioned it in one of my first ever posts i got thrashed!! I was told i should eat minimum BMR or 20% less than TDEE. My BMR is 1512...thats an extra meal to what MFP told me. And my TDEE is 1872 so...in response i…

Even if i went to bed earlier...say half ten every night....then id just have the same problem, except it would be starting from 9pm until i went to bed and could complete my diary. And i always have calories left over ....as i said i dont need to eat until around 2am, which is a new set of daily goals by then so feels OK.…
