That doesn't sounds so bad to have that goal. It is Possible to eat heathly and with that much calories a day. you can have a piece of toast, a grapefruit and orange juice and there goes 300 cals for breakfast! I've heard that when you lose weights, you lose it from all over your body at the same rate. so you don't just lose your arms and not your legs. But I've notices when I started losing weights I lose my boobs before I lose my butt :(
