Exactly, I didn't want to be rude and say it upfront but yeah.. if you're bored it's because you're not training hard enough. It takes a certain amount of concentration whenever it comes to training, so the mind doesn't have the time to get "bored". Good luck!

You'll need to reduce your Body fat%. So keep up with the program/dieting. For most, belly fat is the last to go.

No matter how many crunches you do, abs are made in the kitchen. You'll strengthen your core/abs by doing the workout but not burn any fats. Good luck, keep it up

Don't forget to count your Olive oil that you use in your dressing/cooking. those can help up your calories intake quite fast too.

I try to have either a cheat meal on sunday or just a refeed day on sunday depending on the occasion. For me, a cheat meal would be pretty much anything (moderately) for one of your meal. That's exactly what I understood from him too. Like you guys, once I hit my goal, i'll need to gain 20kgs in lean mass which would take me around.. 3-5 years of training (Bulking/cutting). Quite a journey but it'll be fun i'm sure.

Taking a look at your food log, you need to eat more. Try to hit MFP numbers for 2 weeks and come back at us with an update. Edit : And eat those calories back on your training days.
