  • If you planted last month, you'll probably have potatoes for august - september. And yes, you can just trip out the branches when winter comes and it'll grow again next year. But after two year, i'll put a new potato in the ground.
  • potato, tomato, cucumbers, aubergine, chili, spring onions, Chinese broccoli, green peppers, A potato will yield you around 10-15 potatoes, I've never tried sweet potatoes, I've only done the white ones. I usually have 3 potato plants every year.. I harvest them at the end of September and always leave on in the ground for…

  • it proportion to how much you weight. The heavier you are, the more you need to consume so the body can function properly. That's why in many case of the infamous "manual" 1,200 calories roaming on this forum is nonsense. Few of my friends needs 3,000 calories daily intake just to lose weight and not fall under starvation…
  • I own a franchise, which is a lot more secure. The problem you're encountering is the fact that you're competing against big names industries that uses millions in advertisements, that has TEAMS who individuals to sell the products. Companies like Avon or Arbonne are Pyramide scheme companies. Which is bad and you need to…
  • What kind of product are you selling?
  • It's against MFP policy to post advertisement to your own website. If you really cared, you'll just answer her question on this forum. Seeing how you just joined on today and your first post was an advertisement to your website.. please.
  • You'll just pee the excess out of your body. :P
  • Sounds like a saleman.. Any multi-vitamine would do, It won't harm you body in anyway. I take a sport/bodybuilder vitamines pack : Animal PAK.
  • On my Sunday Cheat day, I often eat pizza or whatever i was craving that week. And I'm still losing the weight.. I'd say, go ahead, have a slice, it won't hurt you once in a while.
  • Feel free to add me guys, I'm from Montreal,QC - Poutine ville.
  • I tend to cook on sunday for the week (5 days). Eating more or less the same items daily. I don't mind, it taste good and helps me lose the weight. (Grilled chicken, turkey meatballs, regular meatballs, fishes..) I'm one of the few that enjoy a cheat meal on the sunday just to "revive" my taste buds.
  • 1.5 lb / week is fine, as long as you're feeling good about it!
  • Your calories intake from yesterday seems ok to me. If you can keep it near the recommended calories it'll be perfect. Also try to decrease your sodium intake to below 2500. It'll help your weight loss and health in general
  • After some times, you'll notice changes on your body. That what motivated me the most, other than that, I guess I wanted to be stronger/healthier from the start. Took me a few months to get used to the new lifestyle but now it's just part of my daily routine.
  • All i know is, the heavier you are, the faster you'll lose the weight, At one point, you'll be slowing down. As long as you're feeling good, keep going I guess. In any case of uneasiness go see a doctor or slow down
  • Sure, if you have leftover energy, hit it with some cardio, it never hurts. Like in anything, take baby steps

  • feel free to add me, I have my diary opened up to friends.
  • I rarely hit a plateau, I posted this many times on other thread but i'll repeat it anyway. It might help you out as it always did for me. I allow myself either a cheat meal/day, on that day, I either try to hit at my maintenance calories or 200-300 above it. Even if i call it a cheat day, I'd still avoid any type of fast…
  • If it has been a few weeks, your body probably got used to your low calories intake. Try to have yourself 1 or 2 cheat days, just to shock your body into rebooting your metabolism. So, go have yourself some homemade lasagna, pasta or burgers. it'll help you up your calories intake for at least 2 days.. at that time, you…
  • Cottage cheese + PB2 powder.. delish
  • I agree with everyone, You need to up your protein intake to maintain them while you're on your diet. Easiest protein sources would be Whey protein or Soy protein powder. Also, you seem to eat way below your daily calories recommended, try hitting the numbers it might help. For all the rest of your supplements you're…
  • its part of your day. :)
  • To me, Body by Vi is a scam like any other dieting product out there. These companies feed on those who're impatient and don't feel like doing the effort to actually lose the weight by eating healthier and exercising. There's no magical recipes to weight loss, you can probably read all about it on MFP forums. As soon as…
  • I have a bit left of that lower belly fat. All i can tell you is to keep up with the dieting/eating properly within your macro, no matter how much you're training, it won't help targetting fat loss in a specific area on your body. Crunches, sit-ups, planks help developpe your abs muscles, not burning the fat around the…
  • I stil consume the greek yogourt with fruits in the bottom, even at 9g of sugar, I don't really make a big deal out of it. I only eat 1 a day, the rest of the day, i'd eat my share of fruits. Just saying that, I don't think that 9g of sugar will affect your overall diet/weight loss. But if you insist in eating plain…
