Add more calories throughout your day. Open your diary and we can give specific advice on where you could make some changes.

It's easily solved with a peanut butter jar or some ice cream... Go to town.

Healthy dessert - 1 cup greek yogurt plain (mine is no fat because that's what Costco has - use full fat to gain calories), 1/4 cup slivered almonds (or other nuts), 1-2 TBL of "fruit" (I use jam or preserves), 1-2 tsp of baking cocoa (99-100% cacao) (because I love chocolate). Stir it together - tastes like mousse, but not very many calories from processed sugar and lots of healthy protein.

Just make your other meals bigger, and have a couple of snacks during the day.

Have a hamburger patty? I keep about an 800-1000 deficit on average, eating a small portion of my workout calories.

This is easily solved by drinking your calories. Milk is fairly high in calories and tastes yummy. Replace some water drinking with some milk and you should be all set. I had 438 left after I stuffed myself with pizza. So now im drinking a big cup of ovaltine (thats chocolate milk if you arent familiar with the brand name)

Yep. I used to have the same problem and I just doubled my portion of lean proteins at lunch. That way you get calories and protein without necessarily wrecking your macros for fat and carbs.

Make sure you really are logging everything. Butter on your toast? Every single ingredient in your salad, and the actual amount of dressing? All your drinks? I find this problem hard to imagine having - pretty lucky. :)
