To break crappy eating plateau??
What I mean by this is in the last month or so I have been really up and down with my eating. I am both a stress eater and starver. I did both this month. It just depends on the stress ATM. So I went and calculated my TDEE -20% and started really working on it again this week. It's that week before my monthly visitor so when I got on the scale I was not a happy camper but I know that next week it will be gone.
I will not beat myself up for what I have done good bad or otherwise. It's just that moment when I again have to put on my big girl panties and just start again.
So how long should it take before I start to see the scale move down again?

I rarely hit a plateau, I posted this many times on other thread but i'll repeat it anyway. It might help you out as it always did for me.
I allow myself either a cheat meal/day, on that day, I either try to hit at my maintenance calories or 200-300 above it. Even if i call it a cheat day, I'd still avoid any type of fast food or junks. I just eat a lot more of the good food i was craving that week (Pasta, steaks, homemade turkey burgers..)
So in my case, instead of eating my 1450 cals, i eat around 2200 cals on sundays. And i usually never fall into a plateau and the few times i did, it lasted only a week.
Good luck.0
