Hey Everyone,
I need some help. I want to know how everyone stays so committed, I have had a myfitnesspal for quite some time but I haven't made any progress. I log on for three days then I just stop for a while how does everyone else do it? Please give me some ideas I need to become a healthier person.
Thanks!

I made up my mind 14 months ago, I was tired of being obese. Every time I think about giving up I just look at what I looked like when I started. I will never go back there. Get yourself a great group of supportive friends and a great workout routine and it will come together for you. Add me if you like.0

I have 4 or 5 people I talk to everyday on here and we support each other. I think that helps a lot.0

After some times, you'll notice changes on your body. That what motivated me the most, other than that, I guess I wanted to be stronger/healthier from the start.
Took me a few months to get used to the new lifestyle but now it's just part of my daily routine.0
