I have lost over 115 pound and in the process yes there were cheat days, although I dont call them that. The thing to remember is it is a long term and life stlye changing process. The second thing to remember is we all have to live and have fun as well so as long as you dont go crazy too often you will be fine

I agree 100%, after lifting you need to get protein to the muscles within in an hour. after doing cardio for me thats running or biking it doesnt have to be as soon but I am usually hunger after an hour or so anyway

As several people have said you cannot under eat and lose weight , it is not healthy and will slow down your metabolism in addition to that you will start losing muscle instead of fat and more muscle equals a higher metabolism.
