I walk around our subdivision, so whenever I see anyone else outside (either walking, in their yard or even driving by), I smile. If I personally know them or have seen them before, then I wave too.

Well, I just completed the arm exercises tonight. Here's some additional exercises from what I posted earlier today. I also am over on my calcium again today. 10 minutes of light calisthenics burned 36 calories 20 minute walk at 3.5 mph burned 77 calories
