  • Just wanted to add that I just got home from walking to Caeleb's school to pick him up (and walking home). Not such a great idea in the 102 degree weather. OMG....I am sweating TONS! Anyways, in our 15 minute walk I burned 48 addtional calories (although it feels like a bunch more).

  • You can make brownies lower calorie (not necessarily healthier) by using a can of diet soda in place of the other added ingredients. Just mix one can of diet soda and brownie mix with a mixer until blended then follow baking directions on the box. It does taste a little different, but I like it.
