  • Here's my info. for today. I had really hoped to exercise tonight more, but I'm just too exhausted and need to rest. I need to get more sleep, but I always have problems sleeping whenever my DH is gone. Wii EA Active 2 for 29 minutes (burned 210 calories). I also completed the 25 lunges today.
