I don't consider myself a seasoned runner, but I never take any water/drinks with me when I run. The longest run I have done so far is 5.7 miles and I can only do that on a completely empty bladder in the morning...if I had water with me I'd have to keep stopping to go pee (and since I run around our subdivision that would…

I'm 32, female, and am 4'11" and currently weigh 106 lbs. I am eating at 1650 calories to maintain (MFP had me set between 1490-1550, but I upped it because I was still losing and was hungry). I usually burn anywhere between 300-500 calories and eat back most of my exercise calories too.

The only things that I have done with it so far is to mix it with my oatmeal (with a little ground cinnamon and flax seed) and used it once when cooking onions & peppers on the stove. I'd love some other ideas of what to do with it, though.

I take: Mulitvitamin Glucosamine Calcium And I also do protein powder (mixed in foods), flaxseed mixed in oatmeal, coconut oil mixed in oatmeal (but not daily), and drink ACV daily.

I use the Kindle app on my iPhone to read and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I always have a book/books with me wherever I am and am able to read a lot more than if I had to remember to carry a book around with me. I also love the fact that I haven't had to pay for one book since getting my iPhone (last July). Every book that I have…

I've been on MFP for almost 500 days and I hit my goal weight in March, but I don't plan on quitting/leaving here anytime soon. I still like the accountability of logging my food and I of course LOVE my pals :)

I do this a lot and it's realllllllllllly good. I make it with cocoa powder and chocolate PB2. Unfortunately we are all out of bananas right now :(

I get clothes from garage sales and Salvation Army thrift store. I also buy clothes on clearance racks. Good luck!

I'm in TX and it doesn't say, but the picture of me is from when I weighed 223 lbs. and I currently weigh 108 lbs....just a slight difference.

We had baked Tilapia with Mrs. Dash Table Blend seasoning on it. I had some onions and red, green, yellow, and orange bell peppers cooked on the stove top with mine along with some fresh pineapple. Very yummy and low calorie!

I'm a SAHM to my 2 sons. One is 8 and the other will be 3 tomorrow. Here's the link to my story that I posted last month. Feel free to ask me anything you'd like, I'm always here to help :) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/543057-goal-reached-114lbs-lost-for-my-32nd-birthday

If I'm not eating real ice cream, then I do the frozen bananas. Take a banana and cut into slices and freeze. Then in a food processor, mix up the frozen banana slices (I mix it with 2 TBSP chocolate PB2 and 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder for a chocolate, peanut butter, banana "ice cream"). Super yummy!

OK, I must have done something wrong. I made this for dinner tonight using the boneless/skinless chicken breast, fat free greek yogurt, Mrs. Dash Table blend (mixed in with the yogurt) and Panko bread crumbs. I baked it for a total of almost an hour on 250, but it wasn't crispy/browned. The chicken was cooked through, but…

Mix this with 2 TBSP of chocolate PB2 and 1 TBSP of unsweetened cocoa powder and you have peanut butter, chocolate, banana "ice cream" SUPER yummy! I love frozen grapes, too :)

Thanks! Going to do this with my leftover ham bone.

I love this thread! I NEVER thought I would only drink water (I haven't had anything else to drink in over a year) I NEVER thought I'd lose 100+ pounds, but I have and am so glad that I did I NEVER thought that I'd weigh less than I did in high school I NEVER thought I'd have people ask me for nutrition advice I NEVER…

I LOVE oatmeal, so I make it (with water) and then mix in vanilla protein powder and PB2 along with some flaxseed on top. It's super yummy and filling. I also sometimes do scrambled egg/egg whites with chopped up onions, peppers, and some type of cut up turkey sausage mixed in. Another yummy thing, but usually too sweet…

Yep, regular size muffin tin. Super yummy! Also, you can freeze them and re-heat in the microwave for a quick breakfast/treat another time. I LOVE these!

I have: EA Active Sports Wii Sports Wii Sports Resort Wii Fit Plus Just Dance 2 Zumba This along with walking around my subdivision and some running is how I have lost all of my weight. So I agree with the previous poster that the Wii is definitely a beneficial weight loss/exercise tool.

I have NO coordination at all, so don't worry about that, you can still easily do it :)

I do this too, but I add chocolate protein powder in it too. My family thinks it's strange, but it's full of protein and super yummy :)

I'm confused too. I hit my goal weight on March 9th (109 lbs.) and weighed in today at 106 lbs. I've been eating at maintenance (1500 calories), so I'm guessing I should up my calories a bit??? Does anyone know how to figure out the maintenance calories I should be eating, as I was going by what MFP suggested.

You can get won ton wrappers in the bagged salad/tofu area of grocery stores. I got mine at WalMart.

Going to make these tonight, minus the salsa. Thanks for posting!
