I make whole wheat pancakes (and freeze for heating up in the microwave for weekday mornings). We top ours with peanut butter that melts since the pancakes are warm. Super yummy & filling!

My favorite (and almost daily snack) is 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder & 1 container of plain greek yogurt. I mix it up with my hand mixer and eat it....super yummy and full of protein.

I used to drink A LOT of soda (Diet Coke) and nothing else. However, I slowly cut it out and I ONLY drink water now. I don't like milk or juices, so it's just plain water all of the time for me. I actually don't miss it at all!
