I have taken a break from logging food and it didn't turn out too well for me. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months and before I knew it I was back at the weight I started. I'm sure I won't track everything I eat forever, but as of right now, MFP really helps me stay on track.

Sometimes I get really sick of just drinking water too. Things that have helped me are putting a little lemon or orange in it and drinking it with a straw. For whatever reason, the straw helps me drink more!

Wow you look great! I really liked the tip about signing up for the 5k/10k. I think this is something I should do as a motivation to work out!

The internet can bring out the worst in people. You can post nasty comments and say rude things towards people when your behind a silly username and avatar. It's frustrating and I'd be lying to you if I said I never felt the same way myself. But you will see change. You already lost 4lbs! That's great in just 10 days. I know it's hard, but keep at it. The hardest things to do are the most rewarding things in the end.

I have a miniature schnauzer that I rescued a year and a half ago. He's great and definitely helps keep me active. He loves taking walks. It's a great way to burn some calories without being stuck in a gym!
