Hello, I began a new eating plan the end of 2012 with a great yeast free eating plan. The weight came off pretty effortlessly at first. I was down about one dress size or 10 lbs and then hit a plateau. I refused to give up this time and began a moderate exercise regime...my clothes became looser. I do not weigh myself…
