16kms today- had a lot to make up for being sick. Did cycling, cross training & running.

5kms today (15th April), 2 kms yesterday (14th April), and 3kms (12th April). Running/ walking. Got sick for a couple of days, but on the mend now. Made it half way to my goal, half way in the month.

Did my second ever 5km funrun today. So proud of completing this and smashing my previous time. Yay. Did 5km funrun, with 2km walk warmup (=7km today)

4km run/ walk to get the day going! I had to increase my goal as i was moving too fast- i'm amazed by how competitive i am (with myself) and goal driven. Now i'm targeting 100km.

First time i've written for April- so a few days listed here: 1st April 5km run 2nd April 3km walk 3rd April 4 km run 11km today- cycle, run and rowing at the gym 4/4 I'm looking forward to seeing the kms add up!

I accept the challenge! My goal is to run/ walk/ cycle 60kms in the month. I am new to mfp, so hard to guess how much i can really do, but hopefully i'll do even more than that!
