I suppose if the website wanted to enter it into the database then it would have to have a few different categories just for Zumba anyhow! I have done Zumba to high intensity, meduim and low. hmmmmm

Ok High impact sounds right...We did nonstop moving and I was dripping sweat!! LOVE IT!! I am in North Idaho and Zumba at out local gym, to answer your question!

One thing you can do! Stand in front of your chair facing away, then squat so you can grab the chair from behind, then while in that position make sure your thighs are straight out and knees bent at a 90 degree angle. Lower your self up and down with your arms, do about 10- 15 reps 3 times...great for getting rid of that…

I just smash up Avacados and add some chopped tomato with a smidge of cilantro. I have all these ingredients on hand...was wondering what was for dinner tonight! Thanks for the recipe!!

Have you ever tried the flavor packets added to bottled water? That is the only way my Mom gets her water intake in! ,Keep bottled water on stock at home and work along with a few boxes of the crystal lite flavors...they have a strawberry flavor with caffeine, that should help with needing a zing!!
