Eating fruit is not bad, just log everything and be sure to balance out your macros (if health is as important as weight management). The reason why most people say that eating "too much fruit is bad" is just because of the carb/sugar levels.

I actually really liked the chocolate flavour but I will NEVER pay $100+ a month for it! That's just crazy (only reason I had it was because it was a free sample). You can get protein powder and nutritional shakes at any health food store for less than 1/2 the cost of shakeology, OR skip the shakes all together. Its all in…

It teaches proper diet and portion control, i.e.: balancing out carbs, fats, & proteins. The reason why they call it the "21 Day Fix" is because of the idea that it 'takes 21 days to create a habit". It's not supposed to be a 21 day magic fix, just a easy way to help teach people the balancing of a proper, healthy diet.…

I switch it off when my heart rate has gone back to normal, or "resting zone" - typically right after I'm done my workout, and stretches. I still don't take it as 100% tho, more of a "best estimate"

I'm in a hurry in the morning and need to have something to eat otherwise I end up STARRRRVING! lol I just make my own shakes, protein powder, almond milk, ice, with fruit, peanut butter or agave for flavour. Just try making your own, its cheaper and healthier - no artificial junk.

You're following a doctor's order for your medical condition(s). Carry on doing what your doing. In most cases however, 1200 is the bare minimum a woman should consume on a daily basis to meet adequate nutrition and NOT cause long-term health issues. 1800 bare minimum for men. This is why some people get on others cases…

Loving PiYo! I'm starting over this week! I have noticed a huge difference in my upper body strength and even the look/feel of my arms has definitely gotten better! So happy with this program, it feels amazing

I work 8:30-4:30, home by 5:30, T25 for cardio followed immediately by PiYo for the active strength and stretch - this is done as soon as I get home (or else it wont get done at all), make/eat dinner, clean up, pack breakfast & lunch for tomorrow (for myself and fiancé), go to bed, wake up and start it all over …

Thank you! Eating fat does not make you fat. Eating fat free does NOT make you skinny, nor healthier. Its all a balance. :drinker: edited for spelling.

I'm doing both. T25 for the cardio, PiYo for the strength and stretching. Loving it!!
-
I am combining T25 with PiYo right now, love it

I've been doing PiYo for just over a week now and I LOVE IT! My bum, chest & shoulders are still sore from Monday lol I have runners knee and tendonitis in BOTH my ankles (worse on the right side tho) and this workout really does take it easy on the joints while still being effective.

leg day followed by 30 mins of yoga :)

I understand that sometimes it is the very last thing you want to while on your period, but push through and I can pretty much guarantee that you'll feel better afterwards. Exercising is actually one of the best ways to ease cramps! I'll push to do my regular workouts, if its REALLY bad and I'm having difficulties with it,…
