EGGS! cottage cheese, pork, tuna ...

almond milk, peanut butter and ice - LOTS of ice --> it tastes like French vanilla ice cream then. Made any other way, I'm not a fan of the vanilla flavour either. The chocolate however :)

you can buy the workout DVDs without the containers or the shakes.

I do like some of Beachbody's products but $200 for a 1 month "reset" just doesn't make sense to me. Start measuring out your food to consume the proper caloric value for your nutrition needs and weight loss goals, and find some sort of exercise routine that you enjoy and can stick to. Good luck! :)

I've been debating on starting Body Beast. It seems that you need a variety of equipment tho, can you tell me what is required?
-
Ugh, no. "Starvation mode" in that sense, does NOT exist. What WILL happen is damage to your metabolic rate, but that is also after quite an extended period of time. Minimum 1200 calories/day is recommended for women to get adequate nutrition (1500 for men).

I rarely eat dinner. It's not that I am skipping meals to lose weight, I just get my calories and nutritional requirements all in earlier in the day. Meal timing does not matter. At all.

I read this and was like :( Then I read this and was like :D

Okay, people really seem to hate on this INSTANTLY before really looking at the details for it. Is it just because it's from Beachbody or something? It IS NOT a crash diet. It's only named "21 Day Fix" because of the saying that it takes 21 day to create a HABIT. This is just a program to help make it easy when learning…

I'll be ordering 21 Day Fix Extreme as soon as it is released, and starting it as soon as I receive it! lol I have a private group on Facebook where people can motivate eachother and share recipes while going through it. Let me know if you want to join in! :) I'd like to advise you that this IS NOT a crash diet. It's only…

Hello! This is me, I am 25, working a 9-5 desk job, and trying to lose weight before I get married in July! Anyone can add me if they like. I've been (unintentionally) maintaining for the past 2 months and really need to start losing again! My Stats: Age: 25 Height: 5'2" Highest weight: 166lbs Current weight: 146lbs Goal…

Every morning, BUT I only pay really attention to the trend. Some days are up, some days are down, it all depends on daily fluctuation (TOM, water retention, BM, ect.) and I feel that if I ddint weigh in every day I would be missing so much. If I lost my 1lb during the week and I weighed in on an "up" day, it could show no…

The Beachbody workout programs are great. Stick with those and a reasonable calorie deficit and you will lose weight. There is no need to spend so much money on a cleanse when your body can naturally do that job. :)
-
man, I'd be thrilled to lose 7lbs in one month! That's awesome!

I tried the chocolate shakeology for a little while. Just blended it with almond milk and ice and sometimes a banana, peanut butter or peppermint extract. It was delicious, I just don't think it is worth the price tag. You can go to any health food shop and get protein powder for less than half the price. I do however LOVE…

Just make a protein shake yourself. You can pickup protein powder almost anywhere nowadays and it'll be so much cheaper than those 3 listed! Mix it with milk or water, add in some fruit/veggies/yogurt or whatever else you like. I have tried the chocolate shakeology before and I did like it, but it just costs way too much!…

That's me! I'm 25, 5'2'', down 20lbs (from June) and looking to lose another 10-15lbs. I try to keep it around 1350-1400 calories a day, seems to be working well. Add me if you like!

I'll second this as well. I apparently have "bad knees" - Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome or "runner's knee" as it is commonly referred to as. I avoided these types of exercises to avoid any pain, and to not make it any worse (as I thought at the time), but over time it got worse anyway. Now I do pilates, yoga, squats…
