This is me. I've lost 20lbs so far and it shows on the scale in "bursts". I hover in a 3-5lbs range for about 2 weeks, then drop and hover at a lower range for a while, it's a little frustrating at times (I weigh in every single morning), but hey, its working in the long-run! :)

Me too. The cookie dough is BY FAR my favourite! It's like a treat for me :)
-
It is, and it's amazing. We used it for a while when my fiancé broke his leg to help save some time during the day. It's a little more expensive, but at the time, for us, it was worth it! Grocery Gateway <- what we used :)

try some yoga/pilates

I am not a coach, but I do like the "21 Day Fix" program and learned a lot about balanced nutrition with it! I am still following the workouts (combined with PiYo). Add me if you like, and goodluck!

Polar Loop. I've had it for about a week now and LOVE IT! Its a tracker work on your wrist to count your steps (so far seems pretty accurate), syncs via Bluetooth to an app on your phone, and it comes with a chest strap heart rate monitor for your workouts (also connects via Bluetooth) http://www.polarloop.com/

I'm 5"4, 25 yrs old, averaging about 1400 calories a day, and still losing approx. 1lbs a week. Trust me, you can (and should!) eat more!
-
Hey, you can add me if you want. I am 5'3" as well, started at 166lbs in May, now at 147lbs. I tend to eat around 1300-1400 cals a day (sometimes up to 1500), and don't eat back exercise calories, seems to be working well.

Please go here: http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ and find your BMR, that is the amount of calories your body needs just to function properly, it is NOT recommended to consistently eat below this level. Next find your TDEE, and there is your calorie range. For example: I am 25, 5"3, my BMR is 1382 and TDEE is 1961. I tend…

I weigh in everyday at the same time (morning, when I wake up, after bathroom). I like to keep track of the daily fluctuations and see the trend go down overall, otherwise I feel like I wouldn't be getting the full picture.

I actually met my fiancé in orientation at a new job 7 years ago. Granted we don't work together anymore, and didn't start dating until after we were no longer working together, but that being said, don't write someone off just because they are a co-worker. You never know where you may meet your other half

Feel free to add me. I bought it back in April so I'm not following the nutrition plan 100% right now, but my eating habits are a lot better now, as I have learned a lot with this program. I still do the workouts everyday though (combined with PiYo)

I used to go to the gym every morning, but with my new work schedule, the only time I can make it there is around 6:00-7:00pm when its crazy busy, and I hate it, so I cancelled my membership and workout at home. I made myself a schedule, and do a workout 30-60min everyday as soon as I get home after work, before I make…

Yes you can. I'm not saying otherwise, I'm just saying that it's an alternative way to learn portion control. The program makes it really easy, it's basically fool-proof. Some people will spend the money on it, some won't, that's a personal choice. The fact still remains that it is a good learning tool.

You continue. People are taking the "21 day" title way too literally. It is a program to help people learn proper nutrition. Yes, you could easily get a scale and weigh all of your food. This is just another alternative to help get over that initial learning curve. I followed the program back in May 100% when I got it, and…

A calorie is a calorie. The only difference is depending on where the calorie is coming from. Your body will use 1 calorie from sugar differently than it would 1 calorie from quality protein.
-
Quest bars, the cookies and crème as well as the cookie dough flavours are awesome! They don't taste like a typical protein bar, they seem more of a treat :)
-
I use Allmax Isoflex Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 scoop (approx. 30g) provides 27g of protein and only 1g carbs, 115 calories and tastes delicious

I've combined T25 with PiYo and the 21 Day Fix workouts, I even throw a little bit of Insanity in there every now and then. I get bored following 1 schedule so I've combined those 3 as they are my favourites.
-
I am! I'm counting down to July 18th 2015!! :blushing:
-
PiYo is awesome! I've honestly noticed a huge difference in my body since I've started it. Not to mention I used to have 0 upper body strength and can now do solid pushups

I'm currently in Mississauga, my fiancé and I are moving to Courtice in December! :drinker:
-
I brushed my hair once before going out to a Halloween party ...... people asked where I got my "awesome, crazy wig" :grumble:
-
When someone tries to play with my hair they get the death stare. Do. Not. Touch. My. Hair. Seriously. :grumble: It'll frizz like crazy and the only way to fix it is to start over! lol

Same as above, increased sodium levels will increase your body's tendency to retain water. I don't worry too much about it (I have low blood pressure and my doc actually told me I could afford to consume MORE sodium - strange right?) just make sure you drink PLENTY of water to flush out the excess.
-
What makes you believe that your body "doesn't need more than that"? Because you don't feel hungry? Girl I am not trying to be ruse or anything, but the very MINIMUM a woman should consume a day is 1200 calories. Consistently being lower than that is just going to damage your body. Trust me.

I love that you are coming on here trying to figure out a healthy way to lose weight. My advice, go to this website and enter your stats http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ Your BMR that it'll give you is the absolute minimum amount of calories you should be consuming, your body needs that just to survive. TDEE will be your…
