I love swimming! It's my favourite workout  unfortunately, I can't do ir right now because I have eczema on my legs. The chemicals makes it worse, and I don't want people to see it because it look rather nasty. I hope it heals soon so I can start again!

I easily get constipated when I'm stressed or sick, and that's when I take acidophilus. It really helps, I don't know why it doesn't help you :/

Everything that includes weights. It makes me feel like such a badass :smokin:

1. Knowing that if I just eat junk food, it will make me tired and not give me more energy at all. 2. My health problems. I have a story of anorexia, and when I feel tempted to eat less and lose weight, I remember: A. It won't make my depression go away faster. B. I put myself at risk. I don't want to end up in hospital…

I've been craving smoothies for several days now!

My boyfriend thought that energy drinks didn't contain calories. *ENERGY* drinks, man what do you think?

I'm proud that I've listened to my body and eaten food that makes me full and happy, without obsessing about it. Apart from that, I'm proud that I've done so much studying

There's no reason to eat 1200 calories a day. Eat more! How much would you have to eat to maintain your goal weight? Aim for that number, maybe a little less if you feel like it.

I try to exercise three to four times every week. The time depends. If it's cardio I don't work out more than 20-30 minutes, otherwise it can be up to an hour, occasionally more. I know I'm eating enough because I've had an eating disorder (which is why I wasn't allowed to exercise) and my doctors keep track of it. I've…

The only time I've really gained weight was during my recovery from anorexia. I lost my period, but just before it came back I started to get bigger boops and bigger thighs. So yeah, hormones can definitely change your body. May I ask why you're taking hormone pills?

I have the same problem! Right now I'm just trying to eat chocolate once a day (I'm really that addicted!) but in moderation, like a little piece of dark chocolate, or a thin layer of Nutella on a piece of bread. Works pretty good.

Maybe your friend was just trying to make sure you know that you're beautiful and a good friend no matter if you lose weight or not :flowerforyou:

Yeah, you know, they were pretty poor and sick back then too... Coincidence?

Personally, I can't sleep if I go to bed hungry (I already have sleep problems and have to take sleeping pills that hardly work) and i'm likely to binge during the night if I'm not full (because I wake up, like, four times every night :grumble: )

Getting drunk with my friends and boyfriend :drinker:

I can only speak for myself, but I lost my appetite when I started taking Effexor. It's not as bad anymore but I still don't feel very hungry on most days.

I feel like I'm the only one who doesn't like peanut butter
