I think you're right, start it slowly! Try to make a plan on how to increase the exercise in the future. It's more likely that you'll exercise if you have a plan you can stick to. Hve you been stressed lately? I know that when my life speeds up and when I worry or have a lot to do, it affects my stomach. Another thing that both me and my sister have experienced, is that when we started to exercise more we got bloated for no reason. Also, are you drinking enough water? :)

For me, the hardest thing was to come to the terms of what maintenance really means. You can't be at the same weight every week, especially not as a woman, it fluctuates all the time. So I'm still trying to find what "my" weight is and how much to eat to not gain or lose too much.

I drink coffe almost everyday, but I add nothing except for some low-fat milk. I like it because it makes me warm and cozy :smooched: But if I drink too much my stomach protests. I can't drink coffe in the mornings or everything comes out just as quickly :laugh:

I've had an eating disorder so this is something I struggle with. Right now I try to not weigh myself at home, only at the ED clinic once a week. But sometimes when my anxiety takes over I do it anyway :frown:

Lol, I've never understood this problem. I see a lot of old ladies who walk around with their boobs hanging down to their waist, and with butts that have seen much better days, but why should that bother me? I'll look like that one day too. Stop being afraid of other people's bodies. They won't attack you.
