Eat a protein for breakfast and a protein for lunch and it should help with cravings. Ex. I had a protein smoothie for breakfast and an egg mid morning and then a chicken breast and cauliflower for lunch and I am still full- to the point I dont want to think about food the rest of the day.

I have a 12 yo, 10 yo, 8 yo, & A 3 yo. I gained about 60 lb with EACH pregnancy. Yes that is about 240 lb all together, which is twice what I weigh now ;). But I was lucky to lose most of each time.

Look up the OLIVIA method on the board here, it will explain it better to you. Basically 100-200 calories above your BMR is what your should be eating, if you burn over 500 calories(I think) exercise then you eat them back.

Go to settings, then click diary settings and scroll down to diary sharing and change to what you want. If your are getting more hungry early in the day- fill up on protein , it keeps you fuller longer- I noticed once I cut out pastas and potatoes, breads (I only eat very seldom) and started watching my protein it helped…

Yes- I try to stay away from it, but it has been hard since halloween. If u need something sweet try a coupleof sliced strawberries with a 1 tablespoon low fat coolwhip and a tsp or so of chocolate syrup- not great but better then grabbing a candy bar
