Don't beat yourself up. I can't give up my M&M's so I log them and cut back someplace else. If all else fails, I add extra exercise so I can indulge that one 230 calorie bag. We all have our weaknesses. As long as it isn't 8 doughnuts everyday - you can have a cheat every now and then. Don't do it tomorrow. Keep going!

Hi! I'm not new to MFP, but I haven't been successful at all. In fact I just keep gaining. I have the same problem. I'm trying to restrict my snacking to Sugar-Free Strawberry Jello. Only 10 calories a container and hits the sweet tooth as well. I combine it with water. Good luck.

Hello, So, I have gained 15 pounds since February. I'm 46 and I am frustrated. I want to loose about 60 pounds before next July when my family is going on a cruise, but from reading all of these posts, I don't think this is going to be doable. Any suggestions for making it easier?
