Portion control and exercise. Alot of places anymore have a type of low calorie meal that you could have, then just sample the rest!:happy:

i have had 4 kids and i have the same problem. I was told that cortisol stores stomach fat and that fish oil and vitamin c help block cortisol. so im taking those along with working out. stomach fat is the hardest to lose. Good Luck!

i have biggest loser, and zumba. i love them! zumba is really fun, and biggest loser is good for a noticeable workout!
