I've been putting chocolate almond milk (or chocolate soy milk - tried both) in the freezer in a cup then take out when frozen and scoop!

I would suggest a jump start! Challenge yourself for at least 1 week to only eat clean/detox. No junk food, caffeine, sugars, extra salts, bread (yeast). I'm not a pro but I would say more veggies, lean proteins and also more fats. Maybe less carbs, low-fat foods and sugars? Maybe check out the Paleo eating lifetsyle :) Good luck you are doing great!

My biggest opposition to trying this is that if you read the ingredients list it's super long and has nothing that you can pronounce. So you may be able to lose weight but at what cost? I believe in eating natural foods

Pasta, Cheese and Chicken are all dense in calories so yes I would think this is correct. Maybe use egg noddles and add more veggies so you use less pasta?

I am 5'8 and my weight is distributed evenly so that is good but it still doesn't make me feel great to be overweight!

Throw it away if you have to at first. Get someone else to eat it - pack it up for your lunch for the next day and tell yourself that you will enjoy the treat tomorrow.

One more thing - I looked at your diary - even though you are under calories I think that you are eating a lot of fast food. Have you heard about eating Clean? Our bodies don't process toxins and high fat very well - I think that if you shook up your diet with a lot of lean protein, veggies and fruit you would see a change.

I think that also it could be that your body has gotten used to jogging. I would try doing a bootcamp or high intensity training of some type to shock your body!!
