  • With Insanity you don't need any equipment and and the videos are short, definitely a plus. I haven't done PX90, but I've heard you need some equipment.
  • I have no idea if this is even a good idea or not, but what about those detox drinks, pills, etc.? Some of them claim fast results. I've never tried anything like that, so I don't know how much you would lose or if they even work.

  • I just go by how I feel that day. If I'm hungry I eat my calories back or if I know I'm going out. Otherwise I just let them go.
  • I save calories so I can have drinks. I workout extra so I have extra calories to use and i drink tons of water. Normally my scale goes up every weekend, but recently I've managed to maintain.
