6/05/13 today was because of walkin around work, liftin stuff into the truck miles 5.1 . also walkin on the treadmill at the gym helped. have a good one:flowerforyou:

started today, treadmill , 1.7 miles first day back been at work till after 5 .. with hubby's health finally back on track .. now i can get back on track..lol ya'll have a gooden
