I have had this too since it seems that whenever anyone loses a lot of weight this has to be the only solution. I would never ask someone that.

"Don't you feel better than you did before?" I absolutely hate this comment. I really didn't feel bad as a fat person but was worried about my future health and ready to like to shop for clothes again.

Don't Bring me Down by ELO. Someone posted on another thread to not let your friends bring you down and my mind went to that song.

Didn't do any mountain climbers in boot camp today so these should not be too bad. I will have to do them after work tonight.

Hi I am Luanne from Fort Worth Texas. I am 46 years old and started this journey last Thanksgiving. I am 5'5 and weighed 285 pounds. It was miserable to be that heavy. To date I have lost 75 pounds and am still on my journey to a healthier life. I am inspired by all those that have not only lost over 100 pounds but have…

Try to still get in my 8 glasses of water as well. I started to cut out diet soda but have decided that I will attack that vice after reaching (or…

You look great and love the new hairdo! I had to copy the pictures to see all four but definitely see the difference. Keep up the good work.

It is tough when you do not have the support at home but ultimately you have to learn to overcome those obstacles and make the right choice for yourself. I have struggled with my husband bringing home the snacks that should not be in our house. Eventually as I have lost more and more weight he has gotten better about the…

Very interesting topic because I was always a supporter of Weight Watchers because I felt it was helping you make healthier choices but not some kind of fad diet. I am now a drop out as well. MFP has been easier and I tend to log my food and exercise better here. I do really like MFP and especially like to see the success…
