  • I'm in the same boat...lost and gained 30 lbs last year but I've finally had it! I WILL lose at least 50 lbs by my sister's wedding this summer so I am not the blimp in a dress! All my friends left me in my absence so every one in this thread is free to add me! Good luck everyone!!
  • how tall are you? just by looking at your profile picture I'm thinking you should focus less on weight loss and more on muscle gain...protein and weights should be your new best friend. I don't think you would notice that extra 7 lbs missing.
  • Make sure you get the free app, it's life saver!
  • I'm starting week 2 today and as encouragement I can honestly tell you is is already a little easier than last week. By Saturday of week one my shoulders, quads, glutes, and especially my hip flexors were chopped liver but I lost 4 pounds and 1.5 inches off my waist (IN 5 DAYS!). Stretching on Sunday was good but didn't…
  • I am also a christian and I think it is important to take care of the body God gave us. You don't need to try to be a stick figure but there is nothing wrong with wanting to shed some weight. When God gave you your body he also gave you the free will to fuel it how you choose. If you chose to eat junk, be happy with it. If…

Since I have to cook for my husband and daughter I'm not really sticking to the meal plan but definitely watching portions and cooking healthy meals. I lost weight early in…
  • I was in a 16 and I've lost almost 25 lbs. I went shopping because my pants were too big and ended up buying two new pairs both size 16. I was discouraged but they look great and I figure I stretched out my old pants by gaining weight slowly and still stuffing myself into them!
  • I did go slow...slower than when I was walking...it's just so frustrating because I can do so much more during other activities. My husband says I probably have "bad form"...maybe I need running lessons! lol
  • My only advice is on snacks...take an apple or a bandanna...or nuts, nuts are a great snack. Stick with almonds or even pistachios but watch out of the sodium when shopping. If you have an insulated lunch box take a cheese stick or some yogurt. If you really struggle grab some of those 100 calorie packs from the snack…
  • It depends on how much you're losing and how quickly. If you lose a ton of weight quickly and are more athletic you are likely to become irregular until your body adjusts. If you are being HEALTHY and your body is adjusting you tend to be more regular. I have always been irregular too but the heavier I am the worse it is.…
