Done! It honestly felt like I was trying to convince myself to climb Mt. Washington to work up the motivation to workout tonight but I did it and I feel goood! Day 2 Completed @ 730 this morning :) Felt really good afterward, I love that feeling when like OMG I'm gonna die turns into WOOT I DID IT! Modified pushups (knees) and bicycle crunches cause I was on hard wood floor and it was killing my tail bone but will know from here forward to put a towel down at least to pad.

After my mid day post I have done a 2 mile cardio walk and JM level 1. I didn't push it super hard on JM because i am planning to do it the AM tomorrow and didn't want to be too sore tonight!

Started my day out with 5 mins of Kickboxing and a 15 minute Cardio Walk. Will do JM 30 Day Shred Level 1 tonight as well as hopefully get a walk in with my boys if it warms up any! Excited to join you all for 30 days of fitness!
