  • I have a crystal light energy packet. I haven't used it yet. Mainly because I've been so busy today at work I barely had time to breathe. haha. Thanks everyone! I normally excersize everyday, I'm going running after work tonight. I love oatmeal, its nice to know it will give me energy!

  • I would eat before you go. Then even though you see those foods, you'll be full and won't eat any. You can eat some, but you REALLY have to watch how much goes in.   • I'm right on the bottom edge of that storm, the part that got the rain, not snow. I was watching the news last night though and I haven't seen that much snow since I lived in Ohio.   • Oh I love Luna Bars. I especially love the Protien Cookie Dough ones. yum! I will usually eat them as a snack, or when I know I'll have a late lunch. Sometimes if I'm in a hurry in the mornings before work I eat them with my yogurt, that usually holds me until lunch time.

  • Well then say, "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." To people who have been 200+ or me 170+ for all or most of their adult life, skinny doesn't necessarily mean skin and bones. It could mean being 50lbs lighter, or 40lbs lighter. It doesn't mean being unhealthily skinny.

  • Thanks! It feels great. I can smell it throughout the office (which makes me feel good, haha) but my broccoli and cheese is really good. I love the veggies and fruits and all the healthy stuff, but my problem was always passing on the stuff that isn't healthy, but oh-so-good!
