I work 12 days on 2 days off with 24/7 on alarm call for 11 of those 12 days! And at the moment it is 31c in the building I work in :-(

Your information is incorrect. WLS has a far better success rate than diet and exercise alone. The failure rate for WLS is something like 50% which sounds HUGE until you consider that the failure rate for the morbidly obese who try diet/exercise is 99% [/quote] Wow glad that this is a motivation and support topic or else…

Hi, Yeah I know, I was shocked by how much more I had to buy to make up the meals. It was good though as it helped that there was that many calories left I could graze most nights:-) I think I lost 5 kg although some of that might be water at the start. The reason iI stopped was a holiday and car MOT just could not afford…

If you don't want to spend a lot on protein powder try amazon or eBay as they sell single servings of some brands so you can try them without wasting a lot. ( or at least they do in the UK, being international as guess it will be the same there.)

Yeah I do this as well just under a lb before I drop in to the 14st range, then aiming for wonderland then next goal will be under 90kg which then leads to 13st range...

How have you settled in to the diet chef diet now that you have been on it a couple of weeks? I just started it last week and it seems good at the moment.
